Refund policy

At Velocity Waves, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we have a limited returns policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.

We accept returns only in the following circumstances: the item arrived with a manufacturing defect (e.g. printing error, stitching fault, or significant fabric flaw), or the item received is materially different from what was ordered.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for: sizing or fit preferences (we provide a detailed Size Guide with exact garment measurements and strongly encourage you to consult it before ordering), change of mind, or colours appearing slightly different due to screen calibration differences.

How to request a return: Email group@velocitywaves.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and items may need to be returned to our address in the United Kingdom. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: As all items are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or size swaps. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives with a clear manufacturing fault or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
