PROCESSING & FULFILMENT
Every Velocity Waves order is made to order and carefully produced through our trusted fulfilment partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local carrier. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Your estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout before payment. During peak periods or holidays, shipping may take slightly longer than expected.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Velocity Waves purchase. As each item is made to order, please check our Size Guide before placing your order. If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help.
Return Conditions
✦ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
✦ Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
✦ Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
✦ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
✦ Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
